Derailleur v0.2

In this release I've added some more useful feedback to the app. There's now a 60 second timeout for discovering and then connecting to your Flywheel bike. I've also added a Bike menu where you can manually try to connect to (and disconnect from) your bike.

I'm aware that anyone using a new bike that hasn't yet been calibrated might need to calibrate it before the resistance shows in the app. I added a new status message that will tell you if your bike is saying it needs to be calibrated.
