Better Python path detection #1

The power line path continues to change with Python upgrades. For example, https://github.com/bedrock-env/powerline/blob/master/config.zsh#L6 has the path hard-coded to python3.6 and the latest path is python3.7.

This extension needs a better detection mechanism and better path building.
