Missing nullability type specifier #33

Current SDK version (8.1.0) has a lot of missing nullability type specifiers that can be identified on the Travis CI build #147 (https://travis-ci.org/bazaarvoice/bv-ios-sdk/builds/578015922). This can bring some issues while using the framework with Swift.
