Neovim dotfiles v0.9

My Neovim dotfiles have been updated to be supported using lazy.nvim instead of packer.nvim. These dotfiles will work when running in a Neovim version greater than or equal to 0.9.

On the next commits I'll try to optimize my dotfiles.
