Trouble streaming cameras locally

Your plugin is fantastic! It works great. I recently change my wifi network name. Once I connected the Vivint back online, I checked my camera stream directly from the Vivint app and it work great. But for some reason, it is not responsive in the home kit app. I change your plugin setting to use External video stream and it is much better. But not as good as it used to be. It is not as responsive like before. I manufacturer reset my att modem, went back to the original network name, update the Vivint software, and reinstalled your plugin, but still not as good as before. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.
