i bought 2nd hand Dell Latitude E5420 but i cant access the boot sequence due to password..please help...

Try 7iXBk51LAqpnL05N as BIOS password. If it isn't works then your firmware isn't supported.

is possible to hard reset this bios? i tried taking cmos but its not working.

Works fine on Latitude E5470, are you really pressing ctrl+enter when you entering password?
