The function taxonmatch() can not handle tree tip labels that consist of a combination of order, family and species name (the result is no matches found).

For example, aradriiformes.Charadriidae.Vanellus.vanellus.. from the tree labels does not match with the Vanellus Vanellus from the occurence cube.
