Create new function evaluate_match()

This function should take the matched species table that is returned from the function taxonmatch() and gives back some metrics that indicate how reliable the species matching was, eg:

• number of match scores <0.80, <0.90
• number of species with more than 1 match
• number of species with no gbif id

Should print a warning about data quality.
