[BUG]: HIGH RAM and CPU if i open ServApps

What happened?

i... not understand what happend if i open ServApps Ram and CPU Usage high and make server down. this is like DDOS

What should have happened?

When I open ServApps. this not making high ram and CPU usage

How to reproduce the bug?

1.Open ServApps
2.this become high ram and CPU
3. i kill or restart cloud cosmos
4. not touching serveapps. ram and cpu normal usage

Every i open that page. cosmos eat ram 2gb or maybe more because my ram just 4GB. But i kill cosmos/restart cosmos and never open that page. Everything normal and cosmos just eat 185MB and i open anything on cosmos (except servapps everything is normal)

For specs:
CPU: intel i3 6006U
Ram: 4GB

It sometimes eats ram sometimes not so I open this issue again
