Change the OnPost method to use LINQ to sort and filter instead of static methods in the menu class. Display price and calories for all sizes of combos, sides, and drinks in tables. Other minor styling changes.
This is the last release of Dino Diner for the 2019-2020 school year, which is why I'm marking it as version 1.0.
