Faster media viewer load #1356

Issue: takes 1 min to load
I tried looking up etl logs, but we don't have history beyond yesterday, so I can't tell, but I remember this used to be much faster before. Around 5 seconds is what I remember

/etl/media/search response times are at around the 15-20 seconds now. This is just going off one small table, it shouldn't be this slow

Suggestion: we need to get rid of the default call to search on load in media app
