Issue

metabase as a designer is also running very slow, not the execution of dashboards and reports - by end users.
We should be able to make the designer run quite fast.
It is slowing down the implementers who work on this.

Analysis

RDS and EC2 instances used for Prod Metabase are shown to have Utilization below provisioned limits, so infra provisioning is not an issue.

We might have to work with the Implementation team to identify performance bottle necks and then specify actual config / setup changes to resolve them.

Increased by allocation of 2.5gb memory for metabase jdk process
