Thus, one may designate car-oriented boulevards and bike-oriented boulevard, enhancing the traffic isolation. Comparing the *Plan Velo* to the previous histogram, we see that there are some differences between the fastest routes for bikes and the position of new and present bicycle ways. It is difficult to draw generic explanations for this phenomenon. But, as said, before drawing conclusions, the previous histogram needs to be compared to results of alternative routing softwares.
