Editing a set weight and reps should default to RPE 10

When you longpress a set and want to alter weight and RPE, the RPE is prefilled with 0. I think it should prefill with 10, as you would probably never do an RPE 0 set. Maybe 8 could also be an option, but that seems a bit more random than 10 :)

Otherwise, if keeping 0, I think it should just not state that it is an RPE set afterwards.
