Tag username commit's author

What about adding the username of the contributor (with an @ before the name) for each item?
Thinking of the current automatic release generation feature here on GitHub.

I'm trying to figure this out. The best we can do is to show the name of the committer in the item. It has to be set with this command:

git config user.name "A NAME"

This is usually a name that is unrelated to the github handle.
