Based on clean version 2022-07-23, with added Racom updates.

Racom Parser updates :
- [2023] Add support for read finish time from radio (rawsplits). Finish time doesn't need to wait until readout.
- [2023] Add dialog has buttons for browse files in settings dialog
- [2023] New CSV startlist support.
- [2023] Fix function parseTime, can handle negative (minus) times
- Added check if file exists before parse them
- More startlist checks and error logs
- Remove unused DSQ file
- Small UI update in connection dialog - better labels for some input boxes.
- Better result status parsing - similat to IOF XML - now it has complete result status support
