There is a grand total of 5 games released on the Super Famicom that uses the accessory. Those games are the EMIT series and a version of Angelique using the Voicer-kun.
Additional context
After reading what Voicer-kun is on Wikipedia, I find that the end result is kinda similar to the MSU-1 chip, oddly enough. Accoring to the English Wikipedia page, Voicer-kun is plugged into controller 2 and use IR signals in tandem with an audio player to play the CD track according to the game OST. I could difficulty say how ares should implement it (maybe with Windows Media Player or VLC ?).
