Improved font loading

This bugfix release solves issue, when loading fonts from files.

Versatile glyph handling

This release contains all known bug fixes, and an improvement to use unique character properties.

Easier to integrate in applications and the default font is more controllable.

User selectable default fonts

New in this release:

• font packer offers new command line option for selecting the default font
• The HersheyFonts module is using the predefined default font
• load_default_font function now returns the name of the loaded font

Travis and Codefactor integration

This release is a coding style and automation release
Minor bugfix on the non-transparent icon file.

First release with icons

This release is python only, universal "driver".
Icons are included in 16×16, 32×32, 48×48 and vector formats.
