[Bug]: Seeing 1 uncommitted change on a git imported app, after auto-commit runs

Description

After git importing an app, I see an uncommited change, even after auto-commit runs.
Even if I checkout a remote branch, after auto-commit runs, an uncommitted change exists.

Steps To Reproduce

Import the following git connected app, and note the uncommitted change on the aparna-new branch
The commit that comes up is as below:

The diff seen is as below:

Same behavior is seen even on checking out a remote branch
