This is not intended. Just that we are yet to complete the documentation for the same.

The docs on submitting scan and creating report should be merged shortly.

The docs on Reporting Website setup is a WIP. It is not a priority since the report, in a static website format, will reach your Google cloud storage bucket. You can just download the zip and host it anywhere you like with a web server.
