Default params cause issues

Some tests fail because they expect default parameters to be present.

running CalDAV/sharing-peruser-data.xml,

    Test Suite: User02 changed event                          
Test 02 fails because it expects the default RELATED=START 

Changed test file

Resource/CalDAV/sharing/peruser-data/simple-change02/2.ics

Not sure if there's any good way to handle these other than require all servers never to output defaults (or always)
