Related Issue

This pull request adds a new feature to the project - a Free E-Books section. The Free E-Books section is designed to provide users with access to a collection of free e-books related to the project's theme. Additionally, a new CSS file (Available.css) has been created to style the Free E-Books section for a visually appealing user experience.

Hi @anuragverma108 Why do you assign level 3 for such a basic commits, I can see swap read contributors getting exponential scores

Since she added a new webpage with a new feature to the website, I have given her level 3. I very rarely give level 3; I generally give level 1 or level 2.
