Running tool causes version 3.10.0 to crash
Needs replicating on other machines
Needs replicating on clean install
Crash is with no errors - python loop/memory overrun?

Error stops when OpenCL is enabled and then disabled
Still works after program restarted, not tested after PC restart

Doesn't work with OpenCL enabled
Throws
CRITICAL Error building OpenCL program: 6:6:46: error: use of type 'double' requires cl_khr_fp64 extension to be enabled
6:6:85: error: use of type 'double' requires cl_khr_fp64 extension to be enabled

Causes QgsRasterCalculator to throw exception 1 - error outputing

Appears fixed in 3.10.2 LTR
