Appveyor: Use the msvcr120.dll provided by OpenSSL package

This fixes the issue we're having when running Pixelpulse2 on a 64-bit
Windows 10 where the msvcr120.dll is not recognized by the openssl dlls
and because of that the application cannot download data from internet.
