Do you have some information on the algo for unpk_complex (https://github.com/amsokol/go-grib2/blob/master/internal/unpk.c.go#L137) ?

It's in my pipeline.
I believe I find time to port it soon.
I'm porting jpeg2000 now to read Meteo France data.
