User Documentation

The following table describes the functionalities of the Bikenest App. This is work-in-progress due to the fact that the app is a prototype and screens are still under constructions so changes will occur and thus, changes in this documentation will be made frequently.

Screen	Explanation
Login Screen	This is the first screen users see when starting the app. They are able to login via Google / Facebook or with their own login credentials for the Bikenest Service. If they do not have an account, they can tap on "Registrieren" to register for the Bikenest service the first time.
Create Account Screen	If the user does not have a Bikenest account they can create one here. Either via Facebook / Google or with an individual one which they can create here. Afterwards the users get redirected to the screen below.
Find Bikenest Screen	If users are logged in they see the map of all available Bikenests near their location. The cards at the bottom of the screen show all Bikenests and their color indicate the remaining capacity. They can tap on `Bring mich hin` to get redirected to Google Maps to get navigated towards the selected Bikenest. Via `Zur Buchung` they get redirected to the screen below to start the booking process.
Find Bikenest Screen Information	This Screen is shows the Bikenest Information again in a Pop-up Style Focus Screen. When hitting "Ich möchte Buchen" they get redirected to the Screen below and start the booking process.
Booking Screen	This screen shows the selected Bikenest again. The users have to select the duration of the booking and if they want to book a charging spot or not. With a tap on `Weiter` they get redirected to the next screen which is the "Payment Screen".
Payment Screen	Here the users have to enter their payment credentials and get an cost estimation. If everything is correct, the user can tap on `Jetzt Reservieren` to finish the reservation and pay for their spot in the Bikenest.
Reservation Confirmation Screen	This screen is shown after a reservation is submitted. The user can see that the reservation was successful and has the option to get navigated to the reservated bikenest via hitting "Bring mich hin" or go to the unlock feature (Unlock Bikenest Screen) by hitting "Ich bin schon hier".
Unlock Bikenest Screen	Here the user gets instructions on how to open the bikenest to store their bike. The user can hit "Scan QR" to open the QR Code Scanner. Then the user has to Scan the QR-Code of the Bikenest where the user has the reservation to confirm that he is there and we can safely open the Door of the Bikenest.
Deliver Bike Screen	This screen is shown while the Door of the Bikenest is open. The user sees again which spot is reservated for him/her and is instructed to put the bike in. If the bike is put into the bikenest the user has to press "Bikenest schließen" to close the door of the bikenest again. The user gets redirected to the "Booking Confirmation Screen"
Booking Confirmation Screen	This screen is shown after the user stored his/her bike in the bikenest. The booking is now running and the time is counted until the user takes out his bike again. This Screen is now also reachable via the History Button on the right of the Navigation-Bar. If the user wants to get out his/her bike again he/she can press the "X's Bike is stored on slot X" Button to get redirected to the "Unlock Bikenest Screen".
Take Bike Screen	This Screen is shown when the Bikenest is unlocked via QR-Code to get out the bike again. Here the user is again instructed on which spot his/her bike is stored and how to get it out. If the user took out the bike he has to press the "Bikenest schließen" button again. He then gets redirected to the "Payment Confirmation Screen"
Payment Confirmation Screen	Here the Booking-Data is shown in an Overview after the user took out the bike again. The possibility to download the invoice is only a mockup since a real processing of payment is only added to the app in a later stage.
History Screen	This is the History Screen when no Reservation or Booking is active. It shows that the user has no active reservation and asks if the user wants to book a bikespot. Also here the user can look into past reservations.
Profile Screen	Via the navigation bar at the bottom of the app users can also see their account details. They also can get redirected to a Bikenest website, a FAQ or reach out for help. If they tap on the pencil-icon they have the option to change their account details.
Personal Information Screen	This screen allows users to change their account details (Last Name, First Name, E-Mail Adress and the Password.
