Added a point to rule 1.7 regarding cheating in online games/exams

Would this potentially cover alternative launchers for games that don't actively support Linux? For example, many Hoyoverse games require bypassing their anticheat mechanisms in order to work under wine. I would be fine with ruling it one way or the other, but I think our intentions should be made clear from the start. |
