Stationary Hangars

As with Inline Hangars there are two types: a small, light and inexpensive Ground Hangar that features battery and solar panel to provide charging for parked rovers; and a huge, heavy and relatively more costly Habitable Ground Hangar with living quarters for 12 kerberonauts, integrated generator and communication station.
