[Bug]: CSGO, NEED HELP ASAP.

Windows 10, have no fucking idea what version

Game / AppID and Version

730 csgo_legacy's default

• I have updated SourceMod to the latest version and the issue persists
• I have updated SourceMod to the latest snapshot and the issue persists
• I have updated Metamod:Source to the latest snapshot and the issue persists

So, in core.cfg the option FollowCSGOServerGuidelines, keeps getting set back to "yes" after i start the server, i change it to no. i start up the server, check the file again and magically its set to yes. I have no idea how to use sourcemod that much this is like my second time ever setting up a server for legacy csgo but, Any help I'd be very grateful for it.

Steps to Reproduce

Open File (Core.cfg)
Change value FollowCSGOServerGuidelines from "yes" to "no"
start server
Open Core.cfg again, and magically the value changes to "yes"

Doesn't show anything in the server log.
