Auxilliary Scripts

List of automated scripts with its brief functions:

1. _testing to _live script - shifts key libraries such as user account, privileges, population, bhs from _testing (training database) to _live (database for actual usage). manually to be run after trainings

2. automated backup script - creates SQL backup files of actual database. runs via cron

3. data migration during updating of system - shifts dynamic tables while retaining the key from the original live database to an update core_data.sql. To be run manually

4. automated email of figures to LCE - specifications to be determined

5. web-based installation page of CHITS-EMR - instead of manually editing key files, this facility will be used to supply the necessary values for barangay, bhs, database, admin accounts
