[pipelines] Nodal Camera Tracking: Add a new template with the calibration of the distortion #2271

Description

This PR adds the distortion calibration to the Nodal Camera Tracking template, and creates a new "Nodal Camera Tracking Without Calibration" template.

Depends on alicevision/AliceVision#1624.
