cpc6128 with standard memory expansion platform pre-release

This is the pre-release for the Amstrad CPC with standard memory expansion used as ram disk for swap.
As the ram expansion size is not detected automatically there are two versions of the files, one for 512k ram expansions and another one for 1024k ram expansions.

The files 6128.sna & fuzix.dsk are loader images for cpc6128, disk.img is a image of root filesystem for ide (x-mass, symbiface, cyboard or compatible) or albireo usb storage.
Fixed floppy driver, added file root.dsk as image for root filesystem on drive B. Also added a blank unformatted dsk image for 40 tracks one side floppy (blankA.dsk) that can be formatted using mkfs on FUZIX.
Load the snapshot file to ram or boot from fuzix.dsk using the |cpm command.
