Description
Added Balanced-parentheses-checker algorithm under stack. Develop a C++ program that checks whether the parentheses in a given expression are balanced, using a stack data structure. Unmatched or incorrectly ordered parentheses can lead to syntax errors or miscalculations. This program will implement a solution to validate expressions containing different types of parentheses: round (), curly {}, and square [].This program is w.r.t issue #1511 which is based on this program.
Fixes #1511
