[PLATFORM] Create and Update User Preferences

Summary of Changes (What does this PR do?)

• Customise locations drawer and components
• Verify user-email functionality
• QA for creation functionality i.e individual and organisation
• Redux state management for user preferences and locations

How should this be manually tested?

• Create both individual and organisation accounts to follow through in the creation flow.
• Login to view the analytics dashboard
• Click the Customise button to open the drawer
• Search through locations or star locations from the Suggestions
• Delete selected locations using the trash icon
• Pending Functionality: Apply button, dragging the locations from suggestions
