EN: I have a suggestion for the Bot: can we ask it not to post messages no more than 15 messages (to avoid 'bubbling' so that it does not interfere with communication)?

RU: Можно ли попросить бота не постить сообщения по ключам, если он постил уже такое сообщение раньше чем 15 сообщений назад? Для того, чтобы бот не мешал диалогу
