imageserve v0.0.4-stable

First stable build. I'm happy with where imageserve is and it's about time I pushed a stable build out.

In this release:

• support for toggling image extension in URL
  • enable the IMAGE_EXTENSION property in the config.php file

Changed files:

• public\protected\config\config.php
• public\upload.php

Note: if you want to update to this version from the previous version (0.0.3), take a look at the config file and add the missing config option and update the other files from the zip included here.
