* Added docker spec files

* Chnaged project names to tribes

* Removed depencency on local helper scripts. Now they are expected to be on classpaht

* Added image to use

* Updated documentation to include containerized run

I have created dockerized version of TRIBES (at: docker.io/piotrszul/tribes) and updated README to include info on how to run the containerised version.

TODO:
Update the pearcey setup to use singularity

  • README

  • generation of config profile (to include full path cluster YAML)

  • consider the tribesrc options in particular how pass extra parameters to beagle (if env is not passed)

  • also look at resource allocation
