Delphi MP3 (and other music formats) player written in Delphi 7. Needs TMS Component Pack and TMS Instrumentation Workshop to compile. Includes basic stuff like playing and pausing, you can safely move the TMS-exclusive code to base VCL components.
Just get the release file, unzip it, and run the exe.
