improve ui of the sign in page

A signup or login page , users can have personalized experiences, like saved preferences or recommendations. Like for job opportunities users can easily fill a form through which they can select a particular job type
Likewise in scholarship page the user can filter for only girls scholarship ..

please assign this issue to me under gssoc and hacktoberfest label with level

#Bug I can see that signup page has some bug still.

The top is being cut and we are not able to scroll it.
