2 minor bugs in UI

Description

bug 1. In dark mode "Community Forums" and "Resume Builder" text is not change color

bug 2. In the resource button emoji is used in place of icons which looks different and will not be supported in some systems

Steps to Reproduce

1. remove the inline style and put it in CSS to reduce the specificity of text color then color in darkmode
2. use fontawesome icon

Expected Behavior

1. text color is black in a dark theme
2. emoji is used

Actual Behavior

1. text color should be white
2. icons should be used
