TEXT VISIBILITY ISSUE IN SCHOLARSHIP PAGE

Description

The card text on the Scholarship page is not updating when switching to dark mode. This hampers a readability of text for the user. I would like to ensure text, and other UI elements adapt properly matching theme styling.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Navigate to the Scholarship page.
2.Toggle the dark theme using the theme switch button.
3.Observe that the cards text on the Scholarship page remains unchanged.
4.Additionally the "comments" heading is only visible in dark mode and not light mode
