Update Social Media Links in "Follow Us On" Section

Currently, the "Follow us on" section displays social media icons that link to generic home pages like "https://github.com/" instead of our actual social media profiles. This doesn't provide users with direct access to our organization's social media content, making it harder for them to engage with us online.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would like the social media links in the "Follow us on" section to be updated to direct users to our actual social media profiles (e.g., "https://github.com/our_profile", "https://instagram.com/our_profile"). This will make it easier for users to follow us and stay updated on our latest activities. Additionally, an option to configure these links via an admin panel or a configuration file could make future updates more manageable.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Using a pop-up modal to prompt users to choose the correct social media link.
Hiding the social media section until actual profiles are available.

Additional context.

Updating the social media links would enhance user experience by providing quick access to our official social media accounts. This change could potentially increase our follower count and online engagement.
