Neat App, minor issue

Hi,

Neat little app. Just a couple of comments

1. Can we have an installer that auto runs this? I know I can do the "Startup" folder, but an installer would be nice.
2. If I am say, for example watching a YouTube video in Firefox, and I hit the button, it still uses the Default behavour (Play/Pause). Only when I close the FF tab then your app works. Is this something you can look into?

And thank you for giving the option to hide the toast popups. :)
