Is It Web Scale? uses dlite

I originally wrote https://isitwebscale.adamghill.com in vanilla JavaScript, but it got a little messy. Then I converted it to Litedom and decided that this tiny library should get some ❤️ and be resurrected. So, I cleaned up the code, merged some languishing PRs, re-wrote all the documentation, and re-branded it as dlite.

The first site to use this new/old library in the wild is my silly Is It Web Scale? site. The code is MIT licensed if you want to see an example of dlite in the wild: https://github.com/adamghill/isitwebscale.
