Currently CCI is broken against the most recent GCC

this is fixed in upstream rapidjson
Tencent/rapidjson#1205
Fixed by Philipp Hartmann:

upstream rapidjson has now been fixed, so we can now bump our version

We close this issue. Instead of changing rapidjson version, we do a generic JSON interface in #257
