Add run argument to driver functions for printing purposes.
Width type is now part of Chisel package. Source and sink clocks do not need to be initialized anymore.
With the V6 update the previous results in a poke after poke error.
This replaces the `timescope` functionality.
Extract the common code.

This PR updates the project to Chisel v6.3.0. Testing has been overhauled to comply with the updates in the v6 release of chiseltest, ucb-bar/chiseltest#705.
The
timescopefunctionality has been removed, in its place there is now aresetboolean forenqueuefunctions to reset all signals to0.An optional
runfunction argument can now be supplied for theenqueueanddequeuemethods, e.g. for printing the interface state.The common code has been extracted from the
enqueueanddequeuemethods respectively to remove unnecessary duplication.
