This is a great article and thank you for the insight. You mentioned that you do not have a way to connect your Jira and Azure DevOps platforms, natively. If you're not already using a plugin, I suggest checking out TFS4JIRA https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/42296/tfs4jira-azure-devops-integration?hosting=cloud&tab=overview You can synchronize or migrate all data fields between the two platforms.
