PlayTimeRewards sometimes "inform:" more than one time in the channel

Description of Issue

I made CMI notify the player when they accumulate PlayTimeRewards. To notify with message in the channel.
Sometimes CMI notify with 5 same messages at the same time.

I'm talking about:
inform: '&2You have unclaimed rewards waiting for you! /prewards'
NOT IN ACTIONBAR, but in Channel message.
