For Linux user, the PCAone_Linux.zip is real static linked program which can be run without any dependencies, but it may be slower than PCAone_Linux_iomp5.zip which requires runtime library libiomp5 to be installed in your environment LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

For Mac user, the PCAone_MacOS.zip is compiled without MKL threading support. If you want to use a multi-threading version, it is recommended to build the package from source.
