Reported Image -> Reference in Report Ticket not descriptive

Describe the bug
When reporting a message that contains an image or an attached mediafile, either with or without additional text, it just displays ">>>" in the reported thread-message on the ticket-channel as reference to the original message. I am missing a more descriptive text or the actual image embedded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. post an image on the speakers-corner
2. react with the red-square emoji
3. optional write a description to the case
4. see Report Ticket with buggy reference to the message ">>>"

Expected behavior
I would expect to have the image included in the Report Ticket, or if that is not possible a alt text "reported image"

youtube links for example are working fine. In Reported Ticket it will include the link.

Would be interesting to test it with other types of attachment instead of just image, for example a file or a video. But I'm sure the behavior is the same, it will not display message correctly.
We will discuss again on what the best way to do this, whether to archive and repost the attachment in ticket thread (in case of emergency report, the contents get deleted) or just to display an alt message.

one alternative would be to include the UUID from that media file as "alt description", so we can find it in the Archive once it got deleted (in this case the Bot from Cam will have generated an archive from it)

This will also happen to the description from the user who reported the message.
When the user reply with the description, if the description includes any attachment at all, it will display the description incorrectly.

I haven't talk with Cam whether her bot is already archived message with attachment and how will we reference the archive.
Right now my suggested solution is:

• Separate the user description and the message from the embed report ticket
• Re-post the message and description including attachment right after the report ticket (these can't be in embed message)
